SHIPPING POLICY
We currently only ship items within Guyana and don’t provide shipments internationally.
Your order will be packaged once you complete your purchase and provide the necessary information (i.e., full name, shipping address, and mobile contact number) which is needed to label your package. Failure to provide the required information can result in your delivery being delayed or canceled.
HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

Orders are usually transported to a local delivery service within 24-48 hours after it was placed. Once the delivery service has your package, they will get in contact with you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Please note that the time your items take to get to you is subject to the availability of couriers and the delivery location.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?

The cost of delivery is set by the delivery service, and it differs based on where you want your package delivered. The delivery charge can be confirmed by contacting us via WhatsApp or on any of our other social media platforms.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Each return request is handled on an individual basis. We reserve the right to grant or decline any requests for returns.
If you wish to return an item/s you will need to contact us via any of our social media messaging platforms. You will need to send us evidence of your purchase e.g., receipts, so that we can validate that you purchased from us.
In cases where the rejection and return of the goods is due to a defect, discrepancy or misdescription in the order, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the date of delivery of the products.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You will need to put in a new order and return your original for a refund.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order before it is delivered to you.
Cancellation can be communicated to us through any of our social media messaging platforms within 7 days of your package being sent out for delivery. We will then proceed to collect your package from the delivery service.
